I picked up a set of these from someone for $35. My forks are 41mm and these will fit 35-41. Quality seems pretty darn good.

And that 41mm measurement must be very close to 40.99mm because they are a very tight fit.

Thanks CJ. I knew there was a reason they were tight. Just could not think of it.
I bought mine knowing the size was .3mm too small, but thought, well not much actually. I just planned on ramming them down the forks.
