For years I had a problem with buzzing from 2000 rpm. Tighten all screws front, rear, everywhere, but problem remained the same. Finally found that buzz comes from front brake tube situated in head od frame, in tube which connects triple clamps. I disconnected brake line, removed brake tube and isolated it with plastic isolation tape from bottom to top. Then put some thin layer of grease, put it back and connected the brake line. Removed the air from system I went for ride. Cant believe no buzzing at all any more, even between 3 - 4 th rpm.
If you want to try be carefull. Envelope the brake tube only once. Except isolation tape you can use plastic tube for isolation of electrice wire, diameter of 30 mm.
