Very Happy I just repaired a broken fuel pump on my 89 k-100 rs. The mounting ring broke off when I tried to replace the old filter. I used a copper fitting, a 1/2 " solder union. One side was all I used. I took a dremel tool with sanding drum & ground it down to fit the filter. I then used J-B Weld to fasten it to the pump base. Let it sit over night. A cigarette butt was used to keep the excess out of the pump opening. Just been for a power ride. All is well !!!!
