Just found a simple solution to check the fuel pressure regulator (FPR).
No need to buy a very expensive set of gauge
Just get one of these Bicycle pump with a built in gauge ($13.00). They are capable of pushing up to 120psi and you just have to monitor the gauge to find the setup of your FPR.
Just unplug the return line from the fuel rail, attach the pump to the hose (may need to make an adaptor) and start pumping.
