i am having a problem with fitting another one. i have two spare ones from other k100 but them are two big. could this be because the one thats knackered on my bike is a lowering shock, thus smaller. i have been assured by the seller of the other shocks they from k100.

please help

A shock that is 380mm c/c is for a paralever (K1, K100RS 4V, K11),
you got a monolever.

If it was the original it would be a showa but seeing you are ok with the seller is good.
Shame it was too long as Blistiens are good.
