Venting the brake system is always a nice work - specally if you´ve got ABS
the rear system is not as bad as the front system.
wasting hours and hours with manual pumping and with the use of an undrepressure to get the bubbles out - know that ??
I got mad and a fellow FB user send me his adaping system for pressurefilling (as the prof use for cars)
went to my workshop ans solved the pob within 10 minutes.
Nevertheless: I wanted that similar system for home use ...
Take an old cover from your pump (including the rubber part below
adapt a standard Air adapter (male side) - with an 13mm hole
and cut open the rubber part - only used as a gasket after that
use cu washer and loctide to get the connection as sealed as possibe
left top an right below: closing the venting holes with 2K epoxy
for the brakefluid I used a standard garden pump with adapted female clutch and 6mm tube
complete filling the system
- open the mastercylindercover
- standard filling brakefluid with injection
- mount the adapter
- fill the graden pump with aprox 1 ltr (pumpin 60x)
- connect the tube with the adapter and push the "start" button
- now standard routine as always:
ABS Modulator - > Brake calliperes 2 or 3 times
that´s it
