Because the output shaft has a thin gear(anti backlash) next to the main drive gear,how do i mesh the gears to the crank gear,i don't wish to damage the gear,some how i have to squeese them together

Pretension the gears using a long screw driver to mesh the teeth of both gears and clamp them in position with a small C-clamp or a wise grip.
After that, the output shaft will fall into place.
