During my tests the other day I unplugged the temperature sender to see if that was causing my 7.5amp fuse blowing, the bike wouldn't start with it unplugged and ran rough until it stalled a few seconds later.
Is this normal expected behaviour for the k100rs 8v 1989?
Thanks

Of course. It provides a vital signal to the engine control unit.
