Just so you know, I've been away on the R11 over the weekend in the gales and rain, and it's confirmed what I've been suspecting. The places I go and the mileage I do are not really suitable for such a bike as my K100, so I've decided to sell. It will be on ebay from tonight for 10 days with a link to the blog.

Sorry Skidpan, that is a sell line that won't work here. There is no weather or miles that your K can't handle.

I know the bike will do any miles I would want it to, my mate's '83 has over 100,000 on it,but I don't care for the riding position or the vibes compared to my other bikes, and after a couple of winters in my possession, I know what it will look like, and that seems a shame.
