Recently while replacing my K100 air filter I notice the Manifold from the airbox was rock hard and cracked. After removing it for replacement I didn't realise how difficult is was going to be to find a new one, especially from Australia. EME state that they've been discontinued and I had no luck finding a second had one.
I resorted to purchasing and fitting a new K75 Manifold which are still available. Luckily the airbox end is the same as the K100 but the outlet end is a bit smaller and I needed to heat the end with boiling water to stretch it enough to fit. Wasn't exactly an easy job but it worked and the bike seems to run like normal.
So if anybody has the same issue, the K75 manifold can be make to fit the K100, or if there's another option somebody can recommend....
