Is my 1st BMW, and my 1st sports bike.
Every previous bike was cruisers or dual sport.
And this is my very 1st exposure to European motorcycle engineering.
Yes I'm amazed. I live on a scenic highway where car clubs and motorcycle clubs enjoy the Twisties and little traffic flow.

There was a yellow bike in Iowa, but I could swear it was a K75RT.

So is that yellow a standard factory BMW original colour or was the bike repainted?
Have you had an opportunity to see if the extra wind deflector that is above the original BMW adjustable wind deflector helps reduce helmet buffeting?

The bike was repainted by the second owner...and I have goals to try to match it....not a BMW color of that year.
The wind deflector does adjust and helps a lot I haven't messed with it yet but will....went for a ride yesterday....getting time on this bike before having a passenger....
