Hello all, I'm on my second try at membership in this forum after being deleted last summer for full time lurking.  I'm a K100 owner since March 1985, traded an 84 R100RS on an early production 85 K100RS purchased from Jim Underwood, St Joseph, Illinois, my 3d and final BMW from that long gone but not forgotten wonderfull dealership.  Came over to BMW from AMF Harley Davidson, sold my 77FXS and picked up a 77 R100S.  Im at the later stages of a frame off restoration on my original 85 K-RS, having starting and running rich problems with it so I figured I better start seeking tech knowledge towards addressing it.  Figured out the electrics, two bad coils, now on to the Fuel side.

Welcome!  Bring on your problems.  Musing on K bike issues is one of my favorite pastimes for a snowy winter evening.
