When your footpeg rubbers start to wear on the leading edge you can swap the left and right rubbers to double their life.

Yep. You can also do front to back. On the 2V Ks at least. The 4V Ks have shorter rear pegs and rubbers.

Don't like wasting time washing the dead insects off your bike instead of riding?

Save time and and go for a ride in the rain.

Keep your feet on the ground and the pegs will last forever.
In order to extend the life of your soles, you can wear a pair of roller skates. If you choose the rollers with the front braking puck, you can extend the life of the bike brake pads too.

Probably cheaper than a low seat conversion too....means us vertically challenged folk can finally consider a GS? If only those things had knobbly wheels to go with their Bec 7 bearings.
