One of my K bikes was hit slightly in the dr side saddle bag and has tweeked the rear frame section slightly. Anyway to easily or to work at it way to correct this without replacing the frame and it's attendent title problems??

The only important alignment on the rear frame is the part where the shock attach to. The swing arm is part of the engine/gear box assembly and its not affected by the rear part of the frame. The rear frame is only a support for the saddle and the cowl.
If the top of your rear frame is slightly bent, it will only reflect on your sitting position.
Hope you don't have one arm longer than the other

Thanks for the reply, the stock mount is offset slightly to the pass side.

I believe that as long as the shock is not binding, you are OK.
