That's the goal, anyway! I'm in the process of finalizing a major refresh on my '95 K1100 RS with 99k miles. I've been reading this forum on and off for years, so thanks for all of the great insight and help. Once I'm finished, I'll put together a video of the whole process. I just need to wrap up replacing the timing chain, gears and finish the valve clearance adjustments. Waiting on some buckets. The bike was/is running great, but it was leaking from the usual places.

New: (not a complete list)
-Final drive bearings, seals, new shim proper clearance
-Shaft u-joints, new spline lube both, ends
-Powder coated rims (BMW silver)
-New clutch, plate, spring, etc.
-New main seal
-New wheel bearings
-New headstock bearings
-New rotors, fore and aft
-New braided steel brake lines
-Rebuilt masters, fore and aft
-Fixed and repacked the breather in the airbox. Now serviceable from upper removeable "cap."
-New trans seals
-New intake o-rings
-Cleaned, flow-matched injectors
-Rebuilt water/oil pump, all new seals
-New fuel pump/filter, hoses
-Cleaned all of the main harness connectors
-New progressive fork springs, seals
-New grips
-Cleaned (euro) ignition switch, start switch and every other connection/relay/connector
-LED headlight
-Replaced all lamps in instrument cluster, cleaned connections, speedo cal
-New exhaust o-rings
-New O2 sensor
-New water manifold o-ring
-New throttle, idle and clutch cables
-Bunch of other stuff...

Very impressive list.

If you have not replaced the rubber mounts on the exhaust, you need to and be sure to follow the correct mounting sequence. Check out about vibration in the exhaust and cracking manifolds. They tend to split at 50-60k miles.

Given the list you have done I guess you do have all the angles covered

Funny you mentioned the mounts. When I had the exhaust off, I noticed the large round rubber bushing was missing entirely. When I cleaned and inspected the exhaust, I found no cracks. Given the bushing was missing, I think I got pretty lucky here.
