Looking for the pad that attaches to the K75 fuel tank which zips onto the tank bag itself. 

I have a K100 item which is not the same pattern as the K75 as it is a slightly different shape and interferes with the fuel cap opening.  

Willing to swap or buy.  Any reasonable condition as they can be repaired.

Dave is it possible to have an upholsterer modify it?

I know what you are saying and I have a canvas maker nearby who I use and had stitching repaired.  If I do obtain a replacement item I would likely have it restitched to start with as they are a bit weak in that area.  I attempted to stretch it to obtain a fit and the stitching went.

It is more of the profile of the pad and the three attachment points that are the cause the problem.  Easiest option is to use the correct item.
