This is my 1st message on this forum, and almost the first on any forum, but probably not the last.
I currently have 25 motorcycles (of course they're not all working!), and I've been owned by more than 130 (yes, correct tense), but what else is there in life? (I've had about the same number of 4 wheel objects)
I collect and enjoy reading workshop and technical manuals like novels, often buying a manual in case I own 'it' one day.
I have tried in more than 40 years of motorcycle ownership, riding, breaking and fixing, to amass knowledge via reading, observing and experimentation (and more breaking), without bothering other users.
My attitude to knowledge is that unless you absolutely 101% know a fact, then it's just an 'opinion' and should be presented as such. And we're never too old to learn something new.
However, I am finally, humbly, becoming a participating part of the (online) herd... primarily because I'm stuck with a problem, and my brain is not coping with the lack of knowledge... and perhaps it's time to become part of 'something'
Please forgive in advance any errors, blunders, or omissions, they aren't intentional... I communicate better with machines than humans, they're more predictable
Anyway, hello to all, and aren't these 'K' things great!!!
