Hey everyone,
I'm pretty new to the K-bikes and I think a lot of the starting issue diagnostic threads are leading me in the wrong direction. Hoping someone can help here!
I had a running bike a week or two ago, everything was good. I got the tank painted and decided it was a good time to do some other work on the bike. I ended up doing a lot of cleaning of the engine and wiring because it was filty. I also ended up changing the clutch.
I put it all back together, basically like it was before. The only difference is the new clutch and an intake.
Ignition on and kill switch on, I press the start button and only the fuel pump goes, but the bike doesn't turn over.
Whats particularly odd is that it I hold the start button, but the flick either the ignition or kill switch off and on, the bike *sometimes* turns over for a second or two, then stops.
I'm thinking that maybe the FICU or ICU aren't getting a signal needed to allow the bike to start. I'm a bit overwhelmed, so it would be great if anyone had any other thoughts.
Thanks in advance,
Nicky
