I regularly use Berryman's as a cheaper substitute to Seafoam for cleaning out crap in the tank/intake/injector/tiny passageways/Winter storage for fuel. It works like Seafoam, same style can as well, which makes me think it's produced by the same plant. Dunno much about the other chemicals shown.

I don't think they will hurt anything.  I run a couple tanks with a cleaner through my bikes and tractor in the spring to flush out any varnish that may have formed during the interminable winter here.  Can't say for sure if it's just placebo effect, but it seems to make things run better.
