Mate, I've just spent five minutes of my life in awe of your plywood steaming skills, and the way you've incorporated this art into your creation...
...and then realised your 'seat' is a feckin skateboard!
Tells me I've made a great start to this day!
Enjoy your build. Love the way you've gone with the engine colour

Greetings, all. Novice here, currently rebuilding my K100 mainly as a way to teach myself cycle mechanics and electronics.
Nice to see you here.
Nothing like optimism, but you are in the right place and the K is a good bike to do it on.
Reminds me a little of my son one day asking me to buy him the sheet music for Titanic. I asked him why, he said he wanted to learn to play the piano.
I bought it. And, yes, he did learn to it and play it for me...from memory.
Most of us try to be helpful, as long as you don't ask what oil or tyres to use.
