That is compelling work!

The information on the YouTube channel version indicates they're using a device called Insta 360 One X. Maybe it is mounted on a drone, but to me it appears to be mounted on a boom. If it is, they've done a great job masking how the boom is mounted on the moto. At the red arrows in the attached photos I seem to view reflections of the device and its boom in the muffler and shadows of it on the road and across the rider's jeans.

Here's another one of his videos made with the same camera. He explains that it's mounted on a selfie stick reaching 50cm ahead of the moto. It's fair to reason the Brick video was done similarly from the side of the moto.
