Travelling on further I removed exhaust to clean out and discovered coolant in exhaust. Is this death
or could there be another cause. Cheers all , Wes affraid

I would say that the head gasket is shagged. It is a fairly straight forward job to fix it, all the info is available here and we are here to help.

Valve clearances all good, do I remove head next to check gasket and where can I find how to do step
