Hi Folks.

A couple of years ago I managed to slip a 1989 K100 in under the wife's radar. It's a beauty and I love to ride the wonderful empty roads in Western Mass.

I had a 6/600 40 years ago in England  but had to sell when I moved with my bride to The States. I've owned 6 bikes in total starting with a Lambretta 150 cc, 2 stroke in 1964. (16th birthday present.....Thanks Mom and Dad)

Now I have an electrical/starting issue so will post shortly about that.

I'm surprised at the number of guys I've met in the area who have BMW's stashed away. I don't see too many on the road. In fact I don't see many bikes at all which surprises me considering the great riding available.

I look forward to following the forum.

That's well known all over. I recently added a 29k mile RS that was living under the radar in a local boat shed for 17 years although when I saw it first I recognised it having seen it out once or twice.

I know of at least 10 more Ks concealed within a close radius. I have my eye on one of them that's still on original tyres and original everything else but will need a crap load of rubber of one kind or another to sort out.

You are in the right place.....but mind you may get K pox.
