G'Day (Good Day) Everyone,

My name is Les and I live in NSW Australia. I am a retired NSW Police Motor Cyclist and I currently own a 1996 R1100RT, a 1998 K100LT (ex Police bike) and a 2004 K1200GT.

The R1100RT was not going and damaged when I purchased it. I repaired the damage, resprayed the entire motorcycle and got the old girl singing sweetly.

The K1100LT was in reasonable condition but not running. I resolved the mechanical issues and resprayed the entire bike from white to Anthracite.

The K1200GT suffered from the dreaded 'rear main seal' leak and hadn't been ridden for about 3 years. I have replaced the seal, clutch and a few other minor items and I am in the process of cleaning up a couple of 'cosmetic' items before registering the cycle and going for a ride.

I am sure I will need to 'pick the brains' of others on here to resolve some issues.
