I need some confirmation. Quite a while ago I was told that the three cylinder Daihatsu coils can be used for a substitute for K75 coils. Does anybody know what model Daihatsu and are further electrical modifications required.

I guess the best model to look at would be a similar vintage,  that is Charade 1980-87
(there's a k75 in gympie  on gumtree for 500, just saying)

Somewhere there's a Daihatsu forum where they're talking about using BMW K75 coils as substitutes....maybe you can get in touch with them, and swap?
