If you have a punch you might be able to get the remaining bases to start turning. Once, they start turning you should be able to spin them the rest of the way out with your fingers.
Vise-Grips work. Done it many times on old transmissions. You just need to get them really flat on the surface to get some bite on the rim of the remaining part of the mount.
