I had to replace the Oxygen Sensor (Lambda Sensor) on my 1993 K 1100 RS with the "regulated" catalytic converter. The original BMW's costs like hell  - so my buddy, a BMW "guru" from Croatia, advised me to use this one foreseen for cars as a much more affordable substitution:

The Oxygen sensors are a bit like the fuel pumps in that almost any sensor will do the job but it's a matter of whether or not the thread and plugs are the same. There are some that are different but most just do a very simple job of measuring the oxygen content in the exhaust gas to determine if full combustion is taking place.
I would not want to use an O2 sensor for a Japanese/computer car as the feedback parameters could be different but Bosch to Bosch system would always be a fairly safe bet especially if the year of manufacture was close.

I posted that link because it's from Bosch and identifies the Bosch part numbers for parts that BMW resells under BMW part numbers at grossly inflated prices.

The price I paid: 500 Croatian Kunas = approx. 67 EUR (€)

EME: $ 55,- = ~ € 50,-

At the Bosch page the one you have shows up as an alternative to the OEM.

I found a European site that sells the 506 alternative one for 44.81 Eur.  They also sell a 0258003251 (the Bosch number printed on a OEM one that I pulled from a factory exhaust) for 75.45 Eur. So it looks like the alternative one is less expensive than the OEM one.

BMW part 11781464492 (a Bosch 0258003251) is priced at $294.72 from US BMW dealers.
