Looking forward to K Fest the weekend after this.
As with Gary from Andover a founding member of the K Fest Event. 
Amazing from 6 bikes at last years event to maybe 60 at this years event. 
Would not be happening without the support from The Endurance Legends team and of course the superb BMW owners who have really got behind the meating this year.

How crazy is it that I first heard about KFest from Ed way down under in the great land of Oz - via this mighty forum. Such is the power of kommunication. Pity that none of the Aussie krew were able to make it up (unless there are some surprise visitors??) but great to hear that they are having a little gathering too.

Its been an amazing journey over the last few years. From when I first went to meet Robin Carter from the K1 riders club and the apathy of getting K riders together.

First there were two bikes, then there were three, and two meetings last year with six bikes at both Donington and Brands Hatch.

Just kept on knocking on doors. Slow Phil from the B.E.A.R.s , Charlie and the guys in Australia and also Ricardo Paloa and the Kedada Alicante are inspirational. I dare say it was Charlie or Olaf that told Eddie about K Fest.

So looking forward to the weekend.

great to see some more k bike owners joining the forum ...at last

the work you have done with the promotion of the endurance legends - kfest  event is inspirational

I must say, for many years we have wondered if the English fellows had some secret meetings that we knew nothing about

in here the aussie Krew have been meeting for many years now , followed by the irish Eccentrics ...but is seems that the associations that we share with other bmw k riders can be mostly undocumented in the k100 forum as many of us haven't joined the various official bmw clubs  but share the komeraderie in here specifically for the k model bikes  

lets hope that the meeting coming up will promote the meeting of fellow kbike owners  and getting together every now and again for shared experiences and grown to the Kpox enigma
