If you use OEM line rated for use in petrol you can use the left over bits to replace the fuel line inside the tank. Note that the outside tank line is only rated for petrol internally, it is NOT rated or suitable for IMMERSION in petrol and cannot be used inside the tank. But the line for inside that CAN be used outside it. You need 2 more clips for that too.

The line which is made for use inside the tank, should stay inside the tank.
This hose have nitrile rubber both on the inside and outside.
Nitrile rubber have low resistance to ozone, oxygen and sunlight.
