Planning a meeting for K1 owners in the U.K. - according to the latest stats from the DVLA there are only 27 registered in the country so be great to see how many we can get together. Provisional date is Saturday 10th June at a central location for those attending.

If interested let me know where you are and will put further arrangements up here

I would love to go but unavailable on the proposed date. (3/10/17th June all out for me)

I've pencilled the date in but am busy in June. South Staffs, you must be near to me in South Derbys. How about The Salt Box? although I don't mind further afield .

Yes, have been to the Saltbox a few times - depends where people are coming from, at moment thinking maybe Jacks Hill Cafe, Towcester. Hope you can make it

Ian are you aware of the K1 fest meeting at Endurance Legends in Donnington Park . 
Quite a celebration being organised there for the K1 30year anniversary.
Olaf will be along shortly to tell you more.

Myself and 88 (Will) are bringing our k1's to this event in May , maybe you could also make the trip ?

There is a K1 stand set up for Donington Park. This is Friday-Sunday 11-12-13 May.

At the moment we have 2 K1s travelling and another UK K1 owner has three K1s which he is bringing.

More K1s are needed for this event and it would be great to also turn this into a meeting of K1 owners. As it stands we have over 50 K bikes coming along, We have a total of 6 Ks going over.

Some are staying at the Jury's Inn at East Midlands and some are camping at the track.

A dinner is organised at the Nags Head on the Saturday night.

See if you can bring this together for Donington Park? We would love to see you along.

The K1 display stand currently has 6 K1s lined up but we need 10 for it.

Ed no I was not aware of this meeting so will look into this and see if I can take a run down.

Ian move quickly and get your K1 on the display stand.....it gets you free entry for the weekend and camping on the track!. At the moment we have 6 K1s and need 10!

Olaf - why haven't you encouraged Trapper to come over on his K1? Of all the K1's out there, his red/yellow is one that is definitely worthy of a show off. Maybe he would let you borrow it...although I don't think you'll get even an 1/8th of your camping gear in the K1 storage boxes.

It looks like I might be able to get some free time to get down and my Brother lives in Lincoln which is not far if I need somewhere to stay. I had a look on the web site but it's not quite clear what the process for booking bike into display stand ? I will have a chat with my neighbour and see if he is up for a run down, also one of the guys at work has a blue K1 so will mention it to him.

Unfortunately Trapper and Playlikewedream cannot make it (we did try). So only me and 88 bringing k1's from Ireland (so far).
