I noticed the first drop of oil on the ground and found this rubber elbow split. Does anyone know what I would call this part if I were to search for one online? Or where I may find one? (not sure where the pics I've uploaded go as it's my first time uploading here ) I believe it's just a breather hose as it only drips out if I really rev it up..

Its probably the Z shaped rubber hose from the plenum above the FI bodies to the crankcase.
Available at Motobins and get 2 because they often only last a few years.
https://www.motobins.co.uk/bmw-parts.php?model=K%20Series&bikeref=K100 you will find it under engine parts/engine breather parts

Alternatively from the other good UK parts source, https://www.motorworks.co.uk/vlive/Shop/Parts.php?T=6&Q=ENA60480&x=0&y=0

If you're looking at other sources, the BMW part number is 11151460480

As always, good advice from Rick to have a spare on hand. The rubber isn't the most durable around.
