Just where the arrow points there is a small hole(3mm) which leads up to the air space between the coolant pump and oil pump seals and your coolant pump is leaking and dripping from that hole.
Your lucky as often that hole gets blocked with crud and the coolant get past the oil seal and into the oil.

Get a Kit first and that way it only takes a few hours
https://www.motobins.co.uk/bmw-parts.php?model=K%20Series&bikeref=K100 Plus the impeller.
If you have access to a lathe you can take 3mm off the boss of the impeller if it is a cast one
Munich Moto in Perth will have the kit at a higher price but take a few days less to get it.
Be warned you could also be up for a shaft if the present one is badly rusted but as the oil seal is not leaking it probably is OK.

PS put your Model and VIN in your signature line it saves having to go looking to find the model and you don't have to include it in posts
