All I can say is I have aftermarket grips on mine but they were already there when I purchased it so I have no idea of the brand and they are not wired into to the special plug.
They are nothing special with just an on-off switch and just replace the original grips.

These apparently fit the K75: http://www.hotgrips.com/store.php?rn=121&action=show_detail
and I would not be surprised if this is a newer version of what I have.

My thoughts are that we never get cold enough (Sydney region) to warrent heated bars. Subsequently I invested in a good pair of gloves... skiing waterproof gore tex/thinsulate gloves. They work just fine in our above freezing point winter.

Maybe it is just me, but I don't feel cold on my lower extremities. Provided the jacket works and my hands are not frozen I am just fine.

I wonder if heated gloves may not be a better option? anyone tried these?

In the Tutorials section of this web site, I posted how I fitted Symtec grip heaters to a K100. The same products and process can be applied to the K75S. The cost to me was $12 CDN for new grip rubbers and $50 CDN for the Symtec motorcycle heater kit.
