thanks for the add, I recently swapped my ZZR600 for a 1985 K100 with the end goal to (don't hate me for this) put into a Morris Minor 1000 gearbox and everything. After I searched google several times about changing the clocks etc I noticed a guy called Rob doing a gear selector board that would be ideal for the conversion. Until the time comes though I'm going to throughly enjoy having the k100 on the road

They do use the top end to convert Minis to twin cam fuel injection but this one is new to me although it will get the centre of gravity way down even though I can see oil and filter changes being painful not to mention actually checking the oil level.......And as for the traditional Maggot burble, its not a proper one without that burble. Sorry I was thinking of Herbie on steroids for a moment there as a full 90bhp lifts the front end.....

One member over here used a K engine to power a hovercraft so they do really go anywhere.

BUT in the meantime enjoy the K and do ask questions. You will get some funny looks but you will get answers too. There are quite a few jobs you should do before fitting it so look on the portal page on what to do if you have bought a K bike. Probably best to start a new thread for the project too and that way have all your information together.
