I saw this for sale http://www.caferacerwebshop.com/en/gps-speedometer-85mm-type-2.html and it brought to mind how many people I've seen asking about wiring up speedometers.
I once used a similar device on my R100R Cafe Racer. Unfortunately you can't see it on these images but I hope you like them anyway.
Don't expect them to work in tunnels!
