Hi Everyone,

I'm in the middle of changing the seals and also had to order a new shaft for my K100. When I took the pump off the bike there was a small magnet on the shaft gear. I have pictures but I am having a hard time figuring out how to post pictures from my phone on the site. Does anyone know where that magnet goes? I do not see it on any diagrams.

Thank you,

James

I don't have the answers but maybe if you pop up which model K and the year as the impeller and some other parts are not the same on early and later ones.

Someone will have an answer for you.

It's an 85. Sorry I thought that my profile had that listed when I post.

You wont see it on any diagrams because it doesn't belong there or anywhere else in the internals of a K engine.
