Yes. All the early civilian K bikes (K75, K100, K1100) use the same pannier mounts.

Yes, i own a K100 and a K1100 and the panniers mounts are exactly the same, and the panniers of one fit the other ...

FWIW I've put a set of K100LT panniers on my K100RS. Just need to paint them black.
