I bought LED lamps to replace the turn indicators and the tail lights. The red light in the dash does not turn off anymore, and the Turn signals flash way too fast. I saw some article somewhere, cannot remember where, saying that a resister had to be installed somewhere for the system to recognize there is a load, therefore shutting off the red light in the dash. Does anyone have any info on this.

Have you a non standard Flasher relay unit, or some other sort of K

It must be some after market replacement, I opened it up and its the same as the black one in the pictures, on the inside, snipped tab number seven and it is all good
