Having real trouble getting the ABS sensor out of the fork leg on the K1100rs. The sensor is in poor shape from previous mishandling and so I am regarding it as a gonner and will replace it but right now I just want it out for removing the forsk to do the seals.

Any tips on getting it free without damaging the fork?

Heat with small torch.

Small Vise-Grips.

Or pound a Torx bit into it.

When you put the new one in use anti-seize.

Unplug it and leave it there. If it doesn't work then use the RBFSH and hit it very gently.

Hi Will

If all else fails you could always cut the wire, one of my bikes had this done to it by a PO and it was then re-connected
