I'm the new owner of an early K100RS (03/84). The bike was imported from Japan in 2006 with 30000kms on the clock. The Aussie owner purchased it from NorthStar Yamaha in Brisbane and kept it until this month. It now has done 63,000kms. After purchase, I rode it 1600kms from Brisbane to my home in Goulburn NSW.  So far, its has proven to be a trouble free machine.

My K bike friends both recommended that I join this forum, so here I am.

We had the pleasure of meeting Bill up in this part of the world. A very nice meet up, we really enjoyed his company and we got to see some nice roads and places while he rode pillion with me.

Looks like you might have to follow in his footsteps........
