Hi..
I just bought a second hand fuel pump from ebay and i was wondering if i can test it without putting it in fuel tank?

Yes and No....

First you have to immerse the pump in a bucket of gas. It has to suck gas from the screen, and has to be in some liquid to be cooled down.
You will then have to rig something to check the pressure.

It's easier to install it and try it.
