I want to remove the load shed relay as I'm doing away with all unnecessary electrics on my project.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what wires to remove/joint together ect?

Going by the diagram I'm not entirely sure how to do this.

Unless you have another manner to perform that function you would best be served leaving it alone.  Its purpose is to maximize power to the starter, ECU and ICU systems when starting the engine.  Auxilary circuits and accessories are unpowered when the starter is engaged.  Proceed with caution Load shed relay - how to permanently remove from loom? 78846

You would be well advised to leave that load shed system alone, it does a good and necessary job.

Would be a good idea for you to have a read of this...

About the only electrics you could remove would be redundant wiring for accessories that may have been installed on your LT such as heated grips, gauges, radio etc.

We've had a few 'cafe modders' here who have had troubles getting their machines to start or run properly because the harness has been hacked, so  be careful how you go about any wiring alterations.

Another one for 'don't touch'. I've been wiring motorcycles (both custom and standard) for the last thirty-five years and BMW's K-series is, shall we say, somewhat counter-intuitive. To dispose of the load shed relay will mean redesigning the wiring loom from the ground up; you would also really need to replace the starter relay with a contactor to try and mitigate the K's bad behaviour when the battery voltage is a little under par.

If you really had to remove it you could replace the contacts with a heavy duty switch.  Off the top of my head I can't say what to do about replacing the relay coil in the wiring.  I am pretty sure it has a function in the goofy Teutonic way of doing things that is critical to making the bike work.

OK thanks I'll leave it alone, didn't think it was so ingrained into the loom.
