working on a new project and this came to mind .
tiK toK Klock Klock11

noticing the face has twelve notches , I thought theres an idea thats easy to achieve .
I'm sure there are plenty of spare Finals out there just waiting for a new lease of life. and you can customise it to suit yourself.
They clean up really well with a nice polished alloy finish.

Ever the sKrounger Grover?

I have an unserviceable aircraft engine piston I use as an ashtray for guests.

There are also a few other aircraft bits and pieces that float around contributing to the TacKler household way after their use by date such as paper weights, door stops, etc.  Once I had a OAT (outside air temperature) gauge on one of my bikes so I knew how bloody cold it was in winter.

I started to work on something different but K-Bike related.
This project is on hold for now, but who knows.... Maybe one day I will finish it.
It's a gadget to stick on your windows background.
I have a picture of an instrument cluster and the clock is working and shows the real time.
The plan is to have the speedo reflecting the processor usage and the tacho reflecting the memory usage.
The different lights could be programmed to show things like Hard drive activity and divers warnings.
Maybe one day I will finish it Very Happy

Is it an 8 volt or 16 volt final drive?

not sure , the drive plate is a kind donation from Smithy . Story to follow later.
I'm thinking it may be an early model K100.

That will be an 8 volt!! Had another look at it and its a monolever final drive from the K75 or the K100 8 valve engines.

As for the story, time will tell......
