I bought an abs servo modulator for my R1150RT on ebay.  There is one on ebay now but since you don't give the year of your bike I have no idea if it's the right one.

The cheapest thing on a BMW is the nut that connects the handlebars to the seat.

Depending on the year of your K1200RS you maybe able to get it rebuilt.  Module Masters rebuilds the early K1200RS modules.

TWB had one repaired recently by the module master and seems happy with it and the price, about $400 if memory serves me right.

As long as it's a non-servo ABS II unit from a '97 thru about 2001 K1200RS Module Masters can rebuild it.

It's always a good idea to put the year/model info of the bike you're enquiring about in your post or as your signature.
