1 New battery showing 14.02v at idle. Is this ok? Mon Oct 05, 2015 5:53 am

Good morning all,
After letting my previous battery die with a drain somewhere, I tried swapping out the regulator/rectifier - as this is what most people reckoned the drain was. I purchased a new battery - a Motobatt MBTX30U and we have lift off again
..but (there's always a but), my abs lights are flashing and don't respond to a reset.
Could it be that the flashing abs indicates that there is still a drain somewhere?
As per the title my new (fully charged) battery reads 14.02v while running & doesn't change much when revved. Is 14.02 right??
Cheers

EDIT: I didn't mention, its a 1990 16v.
