After riding this bike and letting it warm up I 
can shut it off and it will not hit at all after a good cool down
it will fire right up its a little sluggish from 2000 - 3500 but it
will run good above that. it idles good shut it off and it turns over fine
but it will not hit a lick.

what u think?

Phew, not an eyesight problem then. 
I would be thinking coils, plug leads or the hall effect sensors that trigger the ignition.
When any of them get properly warmed up, they can give the symptoms you describe.

Could be the water temp sensor. There are good instructions on testing this on the EFI/Electronic ignition troubleshooting link off the Portal page... about ¾ the way down.

Maybe the sensor is corroded and just needs a clean as it needs an earth connection thru the threaded base.
