Have been looking for a cheap replacement for my K100 filler cap after the previous chimp, I mean owner, jemmied his way into the tank. 
Cheap replacements don't seem to exist.
Until I found this!
Think this might look cool on the right conversion and it's around the same price as a knackered original one.

And....
This may give you more capacity on your fuel tank too.
With this type of cap you should be able to fill the tank right to the top.

Just ordered mine in case there's a run on them!
I had been dithering about whether to go down the bog standard road or custom. 
This has made me decide on custom.
To even buy standard stuff on eBay or from breakers such as fuel caps, ignition switches and all of the boring little details, means blowing the budget fairly quickly.
Part of the transition to classic status, I suppose.

That's a nice cap, too.
More expensive but looks the part.

Can I suggest that a new cafe racer / custom section be set up?
Would keep all the relevant threads together for reference.
