Well here she is folks, old Rat Bastard. A G plate K100LT, most of her was pretty rough when I got her, all I have done is tidy her up, sanding out the runs being the main thing. The headlight unit is as it looks, and after thought! The MOT got brought forward by 24hrs so I had to rush the last bits, I plan on cutting it along the top and then trying to marry it up to the bottom of the clocks before I bin it and go with the original plan, which is two 7" spotlights. The exhaust is also due a makeover, hopefully I'll have one of the Canadian collectors on its way so I can fit a nice stubby, though the more I ride her the more I sorta like the tone of this, which I believe is a standard silencer that's been cut down. Not pictured are the risers I've just fitted to give my back a rest, I relocated the ignition switch using the left and mirror, got the idea from a thread on here. The seat is also due a fettlin, the upholstery apprentice ay work is going to re-cover/re-upholster it, I'm thinking in a nice thick dark brown. She isn't staying this colour, though matt black is always going to be the main colour. 
Well that's about it for now, I'll upload some shots of the stickers when I get the time, or zoom into the tank sticker to have a laugh.

Don't believe that's an original exhaust. Can't see any clamps for the front pipes and the silencer looks too round.
The original has a sort of square with rounded corners, cross section.
If you knew someone handy with a welder it's possible you could maybe get a 50mm pipe attached to it. Could put whatever silencer you want on it then.
See you've, um, lightened the front wheel a bit. How's that working for you? On here, most of them are whining about the lack of stopping power from the two standard discs.

The front disk was missing when I got her, and I was expecting to be going mad for the other side to be fully functioning but it seems to be working out, well I've not run into the back of anything yet!! To be fair to the single disk, its ok, I need to use the back brake more than I do on any of the other bikes but its not something I feel the need to change asap.

prob not original but a bit hard to see from that angle. Any chance of a closeup photo of the muffler Betty?

Had a laugh at the tank badge.... did it come with that or is that your sense of humor.

You'll never know when you'll need that extra disc untill you need it....

BTW, your petrol cap is fitted the wrong way round......the water drain hole is blocked in that position.

I was going to start a thread about water in the cap. So should the cap open towards the seat as opposed to how its mounted now, towards the clocks,

That's right. Seems like the opposite way than it should, but it allows the water to drain instead of running into the tank.
Well spotted sidecar Paul!

A Google/Forum search on the Forum page for 'Petrol Cap' returns quite a few threads on this important and often overlooked part.
There is a drain hole to the left in the cap recess and an indent in the cap mount and seal so this is not covered over. Turning the cap around covers the drain hole, water collects and enters the tank when opened. Water in the fuel corrodes the inside of the tank and will cause injector internals to rust as well.

Your insurance cover could be very dodgy with that front disc and caliper missing.

Glad you pointed this out Paul as mine was fitted the same way round until a few minutes after reading your post!

It was mentioned while getting covered Mate, as was the lack fairing, straight bars and exhaust being chopped down. I've been caught out once before like that so I dot all the I's and all that.

Tried to spin the petrol cap around at work today but 2 of the screws are a little chewed up so I've gotta root out the drill and screw extractors
