Anyone tried anything like this product?
www.liquidintelligence.com.au

I seem to have a very minor leak between the "bell housing" and engine proper, and was wondering if this stuff has any merit. (guaranteed to fix 93% of leaks) says the advertisement in NRMA magazine.

Don't know if it means anything, but he also advertises in the IAME journal. (Institute of Automotive Mechanical Engineers - a professional and education association of motor mechanics in Oz and NZ)

One would hope that they wouldn't allow snake oil ads in their journal, but its a paid ad, so hard to be sure.

Snake oil of the highest quality.
There is only 1 (one) way to stop a seal leaking and that is a new seal and a good surface to run on.
It swells the seal and at best is a temporary fix.  VERY temporary!
