My mum is in the process of buying a small handheld Dyson vacuum cleaner.

Exciting stuff, i know!!

But seriously....the marketing literature says the impeller spins at 110,000 rpm! 110,000! 

Thats 1833 revs/second! 

Damn thats fast.

I've had a dyson for over 20 years. It still sucks.

We've got two; one's about twelve years old. Good job I'd swallowed my tea before I read it KH's comment.
